Ana graduated in Law from Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa in 1987 and holds an Executive LLM from AESE – Escola de Direcção e Negócios (2014), combining a solid legal background with strong management and leadership skills.
With over three decades of experience, she is recognised for her business vision and strategic ability, bringing together legal rigour with a pragmatic, results-oriented approach. Known for her close relationship with clients and her capacity to lead multidisciplinary teams, she has built a strong reputation for resolving complex matters and delivering tailored solutions that add value and security to the projects she oversees.

Filipe graduated in Law from Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa in 2002. With more than 20 years of practice, he stands out for building trusted and long-lasting client relationships, ensuring attentive, consistent, and rigorous support. His approach combines deep legal knowledge with strategic insight, enabling secure, effective, and tailored solutions adapted to each client’s objectives.
Alongside his legal practice, Filipe has developed expertise in management and strategic advisory, supported by a wide network of contacts and partnerships that provide integrated, high-value responses. He plays a central role in ensuring a multidisciplinary and results-driven service, always marked by attention to detail and commitment to achieving the best outcomes.

Caetano is a lawyer with over a decade of practice in the United Arab Emirates, where his experience has made him a trusted advisor in the region. He advises high-net-worth individuals and families on relocations, acquisitions, and cross-border investments. With a strong international network, he is also highly regarded in the sports sector, supporting prominent agents, athletes, and sports clubs in structuring complex deals and M&A transactions. Caetano is a founding member of the Portuguese Business Council in Dubai, which he chaired from 2016 to 2025.

Abel holds an MBA and an LLM in International Business Law, with experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, and regulatory matters. He closely follows cryptocurrency regulations in the UAE and supports clients with family office services, combining legal insight with strategic business acumen. Abel also advises on luxury and high-end asset acquisitions, including prime real estate as well as yachts, aircraft, and other high-value investments.

Since 2011, Alice has been recognised for her rigorous and personalised support to clients, ensuring that every detail is managed with professionalism and care. She is valued for her ability to build trusted and lasting relationships and for providing bespoke services tailored to specific client needs.
Her extensive experience covers asset administration and the management of both movable and immovable property, including contract management, liaison with condominium administrations, tax control, and expense payments. She also handles tenant relations, accounting support, financial advisory, and coordination of essential services through specialised partners.
Alice’s dedication and commitment make her a key member of the One Advice team, ensuring efficient, secure, and customised solutions for every project.

Filomeno graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law at Universidade Clássica de Lisboa and completed a postgraduate degree in Tax Law at the Institute of Economic, Financial and Tax Law of the same Faculty. He holds a Master’s in Public Law and a PhD in Law from Universidade Católica de Moçambique, in cooperation with Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
A lawyer and university lecturer, he has taught Constitutional Law and Tax Law since 2010. Between 2010 and 2016, he was Deputy Academic Director of the Faculty of Law at Universidade Católica de Moçambique, a position he currently holds at UCM – Maputo Campus.
He is the author of Mozambican Constitutional Justice: a brief overview of the Constitutional Council’s case law and several academic articles published in specialised journals.

Joaquina graduated in Law from Universidade Lusófona de Lisboa. She also holds a degree in Business Management from the University of Bolton (England), an MBA in Business Management from Universidade Lusófona de Lisboa, and is completing an MBA at the University of Greater Manchester (UK).
With a strong multidisciplinary background, she further enriched her expertise with practical training in judicial matters, through a programme organised by the Mozambican Women Judges’ Association in partnership with Universidade Católica de Moçambique.
Her international academic experience and diverse training give her a broad perspective, combining legal expertise with management skills and an in-depth understanding of judicial practices in different contexts.
